How long does it take is always on our clients minds, especially if you are trying to close a sale.
From when you appoint RetentionPlanning.ie we guarantee we will lodge your Retention Application with the Local Authority with in 4 weeks for survey date. Often times we can have it done quicker than this.
When the application is lodged with the Local Authority, it takes 8 weeks for a decision, which is called the initial decision.
It tehn takes a further 4 weeks for a Final Grant of Permission/Retention.
in total the process will take up to 16 weeks.
